Special category data

Some open calls are only for particular groups, for example women artists, disabled artists or artists of colour. You may optionally tell us which such groups you belong to so that we can include those calls in your matches. This can reveal information about health, ethnicity or sexual orientation. We process it only with your explicit consent, only to match you with competitions, and never for advertising or profiling. You can remove it at any time from your profile.

Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you agree in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Full details are in the cookie policy.

Who we share data with

  • Supabase hosts our database and authentication (data stored in the EU or US depending on project region).
  • Sevalla (Kinsta) hosts the website.
  • Google (Analytics, and sign-in if you choose it) and Microsoft (Clarity) process analytics data under their own terms, only with your consent.
  • Anthropic processes the text of public competition web pages to extract their rules. No personal data about you is sent.
  • Advertising networks and affiliate partners, when we run them, receive data only with your marketing consent. Each is named in the cookie policy.
  • Lead partners receive only the details you enter in a form that names them.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the UK and EU adequacy decisions for the Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
