About
The New English Art Club (NEAC) invites artists to submit paintings, drawings and original framed prints (photography excluded) for its Annual Exhibition at Mall Galleries, London. Works must have been completed in the last two years and measure no more than 2.4m along the longest dimension. Up to six works may be submitted per artist, from which up to three may be selected.
For the 2026 edition, submissions ran online from 8 December 2025 to 20 March 2026 via the Open Exhibition Submission System, with pre-selection notified on 27 March, receiving day on 18 April and the exhibition held 11 to 20 June 2026. Entry costs £22 per work (£14.50 for artists aged 35 or under). Prizes total over £10,000 and include the £2,000 Climate Emergency Prize, the £2,000 Doreen McIntosh Prize and the £2,000 Hermione Hammond Drawing Award for artists aged 35 or under. The call recurs annually, usually opening in winter.
