About
Culture Resource's Production Awards Program, running since 2004, supports young artists and writers born between January 1992 and December 2011 who originate from an Arab country, whether living in the region or abroad. Grants are awarded in Literature, Visual Arts, Music & Sound Art, Performing Arts and Cinema, with up to five projects per discipline each year.
Visual arts grants of up to EUR 8,500 cover the development and production of artworks, exhibitions, installations, art books and comics, including sculpture, printmaking, photography, light art, video, VR and interactive or multidisciplinary art. Applications are completed in Arabic on the online platform; one project per applicant per round, to be completed within 18 months. Previous grantees may reapply once two rounds have passed and their grant is closed.
The 2026 call opened 17 August 2026 and closes 19 October 2026 at 16:00 Beirut time, with results at the end of March 2027. There is no application fee.
