About
Bramley Baths in Leeds invites artists to apply for a co-created mural commission arising from its #morethanapool National Lottery Heritage Fund project. The mural will draw on designs developed through a community co-design process, reflecting community stories, the building's history and Arts and Crafts design.
All artists may apply, particularly those with a strong track record of working at scale, outdoors and alongside communities. Three shortlisted artists will each receive £100 to develop prototypes, which go to a public vote, with the final artist chosen by Bramley community members. The final commission fee, covering materials and the artist's time, is to be negotiated.
Delivery is expected in late 2027 and is subject to a successful National Lottery Heritage Fund bid in 2027. No application fee is stated.
