About
Bolsa Pampulha is a residency and grant programme run by Belo Horizonte's Fundação Municipal de Cultura through the Museu de Arte da Pampulha, and is one of Brazil's most established artist support schemes. Selected artists and researchers receive financial support and curatorial guidance over six months, working from a collective studio, which for the 10th edition is at the Viaduto das Artes in the Barreiro district.
Applications for the 10th edition were open from 27 March to 26 April 2026, exclusively through an online form linked from the programme page; full eligibility, stipend values and the timetable are set out in the official (rectified) edital on the same page.
The programme is aimed at artists, researchers and groups in the process of consolidating their careers, whether Brazilian or foreigners resident in Brazil.
