About
ACC NEXT Emerging Asian Artists seeks bold, experimental work by emerging artists from across Asia. The 2027 edition focuses on Art & Technology, including interactive installations, generative video and image, kinetic and robotic art and immersive/extended reality, under the theme 'Prototype'.
Applicants must be nationals of an Asian country (or deeply engaged with Asian cultural identities), born on or after 1 January 1987, and have at least one solo exhibition, one national/public museum participation or three group exhibitions. Around ten individuals or teams will be selected for an exhibition in ACC Creation Space 5 from 2 April to 22 August 2027.
Selected artists receive an artist fee of KRW 3,000,000 per work, an installation and materials budget of up to KRW 2,000,000 per work, round-trip travel and accommodation. Applications are made online through the ACC website with an application form, technical rider and portfolio.
